New Favorite Organizing Toy

I have a new favorite organizing toy.  It is a label maker.   I ordered it for my Sunday Basket Workshops.  I haven’t used a label maker since I was a kid.  I had one of the ones that you squeezed to imprint the letters on the tape.  I always had fun making labels when I was a kid.  This is even better because there are so many ways to print and accent the labels.  I have been having fun trying out all the features and there are a lot of features.

I needed a label maker for my organizing business and this is the one that was recommended to me by Lisa Woodruff of Organize 365.  I purchased the DYMO LetraTag LT-100H Label Maker with Bonus and Khanka Hard Travel Bag from Amazon.

I printed my labels for my Sunday Basket slash pockets last night.  I really like them, they are easy to read, even from across the room.  It will make grabbing the right folder even easier.  I printed them in bold on size L.

I ordered it so I could print labels for the slash pockets for attendees at my Sunday Basket Workshops, but I am already finding other cool uses for it.   My daughter and I like to create special treats for holidays and other special occasions, so we have a lot of supplies that we only use for that.  I had put some of them in a tote last year, but they didn’t all fit and it was a problem having them in different locations or just sitting on top of the tote, so I purchased another tote.  Today I organized these baking supplies into the two plastic totes.  I labeled each one with what is inside so we would be able to grab the right tote when we need something.  This label maker is even able to do 2 lines of information on one label.  I tried it first but it seemed too hard to read, so I reprinted each line on it’s own label.  It might have been better if I had changed the size, but I didn’t think to try that before I reprinted them separately.  Baking supplies was printed in the XL, the single lines were S, and the double lines were on M.

The label maker comes with:

All this fits easily inside the case and the case seems to be very sturdy.  So far I am very pleased with my purchase.
